Tenants at our salon suite enjoy convenient and secure access to their personalized spaces using a key fob, providing ease and peace of mind for their daily operations.

To enter the building for tenants, use your key fob and place it on the door pad at the bottom of the call box. The door will automatically unlock and then lock behind you when the door closes upon entrance.

Each suite has a monitor that allows all tenants to buzz their clients in the front door to let them in.

Losing your key fob will result in a $25.00 fee.

We offer the convenience of street city parking surrounding the perimeter of our salon suites, ensuring easy access for both tenants and their clients. Additionally, for those tenants seeking more secure parking options, we provide the availability of monthly pass parking in nearby garages, offering peace of mind and hassle-free parking. Furthermore, we also offer the benefit of free street parking in the vicinity, making it convenient for everyone to visit our salon suites.

Rent is due every Saturday by 5:00 P.M. By ensuring your rent is paid on time, you can have peace of mind and focus on what you do best - serving your clients! While we hope it never happens, please be aware that late payments have a daily administrative fee of $100 and could result in eviction after three days.

If you plan to terminate your lease, please note that lease termination is 2 weeks worth of rent to break, no notice required.
